PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for an Innovation & Strategy Lead to join our Marketing team. We seek someone passionate about innovation, with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends and consumer behavior in the hair, skin care, and deodorants categories.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Be responsible for deeply understanding the market and consumer movements in the hair, skin care, and deodorants categories, proposing the short and medium-term innovation pipeline for these categories.
Manage project networks, ensuring the engagement of stakeholders from various areas and business groups to guarantee the On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of innovation projects.
Lead key projects for the development of the innovation and communication area, including challenges such as the growing understanding of digital platforms like TikTok and others relevant to our audience.

Experience
Proven experience in marketing
Experience in Project management; alongside R&D , supply and Finance teams,
Skills
Familiarity with digital platforms, especially TikTok, will be a differential;
Fluency in English is required.

Interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to engage different areas and stakeholders;
Strategic vision and curiosity to anticipate trends and propose innovative solutions.
