- Assist in brainstorming and developing new ideas for products, services, and processes that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor innovations, and emerging technologies to support the innovation team in identifying new opportunities.
- Help with pilot programs for new concepts, products, or services.
- Collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports on innovation projects for internal stakeholders.
- Support the innovation team in tracking key metrics and evaluating the success of implemented solutions.
- Complete project- based assignments for other groups within in the Innovation Department such as Forms Design and Development, Policy Development, and Filing and Statistics
- Work closely with experienced professionals, colleagues, and fellow interns to gain knowledge and develop team-building skills.
- Attend planned education and social activities in order to gain an understanding of the RLI business as well as network.
- Requires current enrollment in a College/University institution pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field or position.
- Ability to analyze and resolve basic issues.

- General Internship: $20/hour
- IT & Underwriting: $22/hour
- Legal: $25/hour
