Underwrite and manage a profitable Inland Marine portfolio focused on construction-related mobile property and specialized inland marine risks. Evaluate complex submissions, set pricing and coverage, build agency relationships, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate on product and territory strategy to drive profitable growth.

Provide customer and operational support for billing: handle calls and emails, process return mail, assist with payment posting and treasury/mail runs, research billing inquiries, maintain customer interaction records, and perform scanning/copying and related administrative tasks.

Design, develop, modify, and maintain complex C#/.NET applications in an Agile, test-driven environment. Lead architecture and development plans, perform performance and scalability analysis, implement CI/CD and automated testing, mentor engineers, estimate scope/resources, and coordinate with business and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Provide administrative and operational support to national contract surety underwriters: issue and invoice bonds, manage premiums and billing, maintain electronic files, obtain credit and licensing documents, resolve billing discrepancies, prepare correspondence, and support audits and special projects.

The Solutions Architect will oversee the solution architecture plan aligning business and IT strategies, lead implementation of IT programs, and mentor others on architecture skills.

Support underwriting by creating and issuing policy documents, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct statistical coding, ordering inspections/audits, maintaining underwriting files, soliciting renewals, reformatting data for import, and providing operational support and research for Contrac Pac Package underwriters.
