1. Ink Formulation & Development
Formulate inks for various substrates (film, paper, foil) ensuring proper viscosity, color strength, drying properties, and adhesion.
Adjust ink formulations based on print trials, customer specifications, or changes in raw material batches.
Develop new ink systems or improve existing ones to enhance print quality and efficiency.
2. Quality Control & Testing
Perform routine tests: color matching, viscosity, drying rate, gloss, and rub resistance.
Monitor ink performance during machines' runs and troubleshoot issues such as color variation, smearing, or clogging.
Maintain accurate records of ink batches tests, and corrective actions.
3. Lab & Inventory Management
