Job Description:
Middleware Knowledge is a must with Tomcat and strong linux application support analyst
Knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, SSL and TLS
Understanding of Web Request on above Web Servers Would be required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases Need to possess diagnosing and solving software faults skill Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancement related along with product development team Responsible to work on updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application Required to participate in Change management activities Should possess ability to communicate with end users and capture tickets/incidents related to application over phone/IM Should be available for on-call support as neededResponding to callouts in a timely fashion
Experince should be 6 to 10 Years
Requirements: BE Computer Science or related technical degree or work experience Should have experience on working on highly available system either in on-premise hosting or cloud hosting model. Strong communication skills and active listening Strong teamwork ethic – willing to jump in to assist others Accountability, Ownership and Commitment to quality and deadlines An independent worker who will take the initiative to ensure goals are met Ability to work under pressure with changing objectives and deadlines Creative problem solver with strong analytical skillsHighly reliable and organized with strong attention to details, with ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks
