Responsibilities
- Install, configure, update, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot Informatica and Cognos applications in large MMIS operating environments.
- Collaborate with other teams on deliverables.
- Respond to tickets and inquiries within the expected time.
- Provide timely correspondence on actions and status as well as meetings.
- Perform company administrative activities as required. (mandatory training, time keeping, goal/performance activities, compliance with all policies/processes/procedures)
- Be willing to work outside business hours to implement projects or system changes.
Requirements
- The discipline and integrity to work with US based teams and communicate effectively.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with Cognos v11 & v12 and Informatica Power Center v10.x, IDMC and CDI-PC on Linux
- Configure authentication (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO).
- Manage Cognos servers, gateways, dispatchers, and content store databases
- Deploy and migrate Cognos reports and Informatica code across environments.
- Troubleshoot report failures and server issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams.
- Performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs.
- Manage backups, recovery, and migration between environments (DEV, QA, PROD).
- Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
- Create/edit published system documentation.
- Perform duties as assigned and adopt additional technologies as needed
