This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who brings structure to complex, cross-functional work. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project coordination for assigned infrastructure initiatives supported by IPH Infrastructure and a managed services provider.

  • Partner with service delivery and infrastructure leadership to understand business priorities, manage expectations, and align project work with capacity and governance.

  • Own project intake, scope definition, planning, sequencing, execution tracking, and status reporting for assigned infrastructure initiatives.

  • Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud engineering, workplace technology, identity, security, enterprise architecture, service delivery, and vendor teams to manage dependencies across technical and operational workstreams.

  • Run recurring project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews; identify risks, blockers, and timeline impacts and escalate through the appropriate service delivery and infrastructure leadership channels.

  • Lead operational readiness activities, including cutover planning, change communication, support handoff, documentation, and post-deployment follow-up.

  • Ensure delivery aligns with IPH infrastructure standards, service management practices, security requirements, and operational governance, and contribute to continuous improvement of intake, coordination, reporting, and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven project management and delivery coordination skills across infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, or enterprise IT initiatives.

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party providers.

  • Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, identity, networking, security, or enterprise IT service teams.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a shared delivery model where execution depends on multiple teams, vendors, and owners.

  • High attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to clarify ownership, escalate blockers, and drive timely resolution across multiple owners.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and a collaborative working style that builds trust across teams.

Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of project management, infrastructure project coordination, IT delivery, or technology operations experience.

  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, and stakeholder communication for technology delivery work.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID / Azure AD, and endpoint management.

  • Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects in an enterprise shared-services, multi-company, managed services, or matrixed technology environment.

  • Experience working with third-party vendors, managed services providers, or distributed delivery teams.

  • Experience supporting executive or service delivery reporting.

  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, ITIL, or related certification is preferred but not required.

Success Profile

The successful candidate is a hands-on infrastructure project manager who brings structure, visibility, and follow-through to complex delivery work.
