About the Team
We are Zoom's "customer zero" for internal cloud, platform, and IAM infrastructure. We use an SRE mindset, automation, and self-service tooling to optimize performance and security. We do this so every Zoomie can do their best work.
Responsibilities
Leading platform engineering across EKS and IaC platforms, applying CI/CD best practices with Jira and GitLab.
Operating Kubernetes and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Atlantis for Terraform automation, and Nginx ingress with certificate management.
Building infrastructure as code with Terraform and managing configuration via Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and SALT Stack.
Driving AI and automation through scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Golang for data transformation and workflow automation.
Delivering platform services including observability, NetBox IPAM/DCIM, and core infrastructure applications.
Managing identity and access across IGA/IAM, authentication/authorization, and directory services (Okta, Radius, MFA, Entra ID, certificates).
Leading the shift from monitoring to observability using Loki stack /Prometheus/Grafana in partnership with infrastructure service owners.
Operating multi-cloud and virtualization environments across GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware, and hyperconverged hardware for IaaS management.
What we’re looking for
Bring 10+ years in IT or similar technology fields, including 5+ years managing infrastructure teams.
Show a proven track record managing, building, scaling, and improving services.
Apply an understanding of Enterprise Architecture and governance best practices.
Drive continuous improvement and deliver results against clear timelines with a service-oriented, proactive approach.
Operate with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; a degree in CS, Engineering, or MIS, or equivalent practical experience.

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience leading SRE or DevOps infrastructure teams in a large-scale environment
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab and Jira
- Operate identity and access management platforms (Okta, Entra ID, RADIUS, MFA, certificate-based authentication) and IGA/IAM principles
- Administer multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware) with IaaS expertise
- Modern scripting/programming skills in Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Bash for automation
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across global time zones, particularly with teams in India, the Philippines, and China
