Provide legal counsel for AI-powered products across Zooms platform. Partner with product, engineering, privacy, security, and business teams to assess risks, conduct product reviews, maintain compliance inventories, draft customer-facing disclosures and terms, and negotiate vendor/AI/data agreements while enabling innovation and global compliance.

Design, deploy, and validate production LLM-based voice agents during proof-of-concept engagements. Integrate agents with CRMs, telephony, and knowledge bases using Python/TypeScript, tune ASR/TTS and call behaviors, build evaluation frameworks, capture product gaps for engineering, and transition successful pilots to Professional Services with documentation and playbooks.

Lead design and delivery of Zoom's global web platform: architect a scalable, CDN-delivered AWS/Azure stack, manage large CMS migrations (Optimizely, WordPress), optimize Core Web Vitals and performance, ensure SEO/AEO and AI-search readiness, implement observability and CI/CD, enforce security and accessibility, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-traffic, multi-domain web experiences.

Advise and enable channel partners on Zoom collaboration products, collaborate with internal teams to design partner solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and help drive partner-led adoption and success.

Lead a global IT infrastructure and employee services organization (~70 people) to design, operate, and secure corporate IT and engineering labs. Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, AI/GenAI automation, SRE practices, IAM, endpoint and unified communications, vendor coordination, and cross-functional governance to improve reliability, productivity, and product feedback.

Hunt and prospect SMB accounts (51–500 employees) in India to sell Zoom workplace solutions. Manage end-to-end SaaS sales, develop new clients, maintain existing accounts, craft strategic presentations and messaging, use CRM and sales tools, and collaborate with the local sales team.

Sell Zoom solutions to small businesses (1-50 employees) within a defined territory. Prospect and engage new and existing customers, create demos and proposals, qualify leads, upsell/cross-sell, manage forecasts in partnership with management, and track activity in Salesforce while meeting sales targets and engaging C-level stakeholders.

Provide end-to-end technical support for elite Zoom customers, diagnosing and resolving complex UC/VoIP voice and video issues using packet captures, SIP traces, and proprietary tools. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, represent customers in high-priority incidents, maintain deep product and UC/CC knowledge, and produce technical documentation. Participate in on-call rotations and work outside standard business hours as needed.
