Implement vector and hybrid search, RAG pipelines, ranking and evaluation frameworks, indexing, and NLP/entity-extraction pipelines. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and research teams to deploy production-grade, multi-tenant search and LLM-based applications.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure VoIP infrastructure and services. Lead and grow an Infrastructure Engineering team to drive SRE practices, IaC, CI/CD, identity and access management, and multi-cloud reliability. Oversee automation, security, and AI-driven employee experiences while collaborating with global support teams.

Sell Zoom's Workplace Platform to mid-market companies (51-500 employees) within a defined territory. Proactively prospect and hunt for new business via high-volume cold calling, qualify opportunities, and manage deals using a CRM to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to expand Zoom adoption across products.

Lead and scale a tiered account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) program across EMEA: build account scoring and intent frameworks, design multi-channel campaigns, align SDR and AE teams on account plans and transfer criteria, manage enrichment/intent data stack and vendors, and report account-level engagement and pipeline metrics to drive targeted pipeline growth.

Own and improve the core Zoom Chat messaging experience across desktop, mobile, and web. Define roadmap, translate user and research signals into prioritized product requirements, partner with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to ship AI-powered features, and communicate tradeoffs and progress to stakeholders while driving adoption and long-term growth.

Own and execute partner marketing strategy for Japan to drive partner-sourced pipeline and partner engagement. Plan and run integrated campaigns end-to-end, measure performance and pipeline contribution, optimize programs, and build trusted relationships with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators while collaborating with Sales, Partner, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering. Communicate fluently in Japanese and business-level English.

Drive adoption and growth of Zoom ZCX solutions across Singapore, Malaysia and SEA via partners and regional account teams. Qualify and close contact center opportunities, provide strategic deal support, evangelize Zoom's AI-driven CX platform, and engage executives and partners to drive indirect-sales growth.

Own and drive enterprise infrastructure product portfolio covering data sovereignty, network resilience, and cryptographic key management. Define strategy and roadmap, influence cross-functional teams, engage enterprise customers, and lead launches and adoption while measuring business outcomes.

Design, deploy, and validate production LLM-based voice agents for customers, integrating with CRMs and telephony. Tune ASR/TTS and conversational turn-taking, build evaluation frameworks, capture product gaps, and transition successful pilots to Professional Services with documentation and playbooks.

Lead technical direction for global SRE initiatives, mentor engineers, design fault-tolerant and self-healing platforms, automate operations, tune Linux at scale, collaborate with Security/Networking/Platform teams, manage incidents and on-call rotations, and maintain physical and cloud systems across data centers.

Own end-to-end customer billing inquiries, investigate discrepancies, process invoices and adjustments, reconcile payments, and support dispute resolution. Collaborate with Renewals, Collections, and Engineering to resolve systemic billing issues and improve billing systems while handling high volumes accurately.
