Key Responsibilities
Develop infrastructure architecture patterns and solutions ensuring alignment with defined strategies and frameworks including automation.
Responsible for cloud, datacentre and hybrid infrastructure services design
Advocate technology solution governance process execution, enforcing alignment to defined patterns and technology standards across all regions and business domains
Identify potential risks in infrastructure solutions and develop migration strategies
Collaborate with security teams and resilience team to ensure compliance with security policies & standards, while designing highly available, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions
Drive automation of infrastructure design reviews, infrastructure deployment, documentation and operations through AI and other technologies
Deep dive on technical solutioning or troubleshooting with the Tech Leads and Squads as required.
Skills And Qualifications:
Insurance or Financial Services domain experience strongly preferred
Experience in development and implementation of architecture patterns and standards
10–15 years of progressive datacentre, networking, and virtualisation domains and cloud experience
Minimum of 5 years in at least two architecture disciplines, including infrastructure architecture, network management, database management and cloud architecture & development
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud architectures across Azure (preferred), AWS, and GCP, driving cloud transformation, migration, and infrastructure modernization programs
Experience in designing and implement container platform solutions leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to support scalable, automated, and highly available application deployments
Proven track record of technology consolidation and platform rationalisation at enterprise scale
Experience leveraging Generative AI and Copilot technologies to improve infrastructure design, operational efficiency, troubleshooting, documentation, and service management
Strong understanding of TOGAF and Enterprise Architecture frameworks, with the ability to architect scalable and secure infrastructure platforms aligned to enterprise strategies and target-state roadmaps.
Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices including SLI/SLO management, observability, automation, incident management, and reliability engineering
Ability to evaluate and architect infrastructure platforms that support AI/ML workloads, data governance, and enterprise AI adoption
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence at VP / SVP / C-level
- Ability to lead, influence, and mentor principal engineers and solution architect across distributed, global teams
- Business acumen — translate business requirements into infrastructure solutions with clear cost/benefit trade-offs
- Comfort working with CIOs, CTO, and regional IT leaders across time zones and cultures
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Cloud Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect,
- Enterprise Architect Certifications: TOGAF 9/10,
