- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, print server, ADFS, terminal services
- IIS, FTP, and SMTP administration
- Patch management using WSUS and SCCM
- Antivirus platform management and vulnerability remediation
- Disaster recovery planning and business continuity experience
- Automation using PowerShell and batch scripting
- Experience leading and mentoring IT teams
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
