Infrastructure Solutions Engineer

What you can expect

The Infrastructure Applications team plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's cloud infrastructure. This dynamic position involves architecting, engineering, and supporting various infrastructure applications and cloud services to ensure stability, security, and efficiency. The teams primary goal is to ensure optimal performance, security, and management of all infrastructure applications and clouds. This approach enables the team to maintain a robust and efficient cloud infrastructure while constantly improving its functionality and reliability. We leverage coding and scripting skills to develop automated workflows, streamline operations, and continuously enhance infrastructure applications and cloud environments.

About the Team

The role ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments. Collaborating with development, security, and DevOps teams to streamline infrastructure application workflows.
The ideal candidate possesses a background in Identity (IGA/IAM), Authentication, Directory Services, SaaS application enablement, Multi-Cloud services, and infrastructure as code. They would also have the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement innovative solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience with scripting following CI/CD best practices with Jira and GitHub. Have experience with modern languages and tools like Python, Powershell, Linux/Bash, workflows and orchestration.
  • Comfort with authentication and application log transformation - parsing, scripting, automation/workflow.
  • Have experience with Identity and Access Management tools and orchestration (Okta / AD) and application and SCIM provisioning.
  • Have experience with authentication security practices around identity, MFA / FIDO, Certificates.
  • Have experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Have experience with Unified Collaboration tool integration (Zoom, Google Workspace / GAM, Proofpoint, SendGrid, etc.)
  • Have experience in relevant certifications such as Okta and AWS
  • Certificate in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field / experience.
  • Have experience with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to the physical, process/memory, network, session, database and application level.
  • Have experience with application enablement following IGA best practices
