We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure & Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, security, and performance optimization. The Infrastructure & Network Engineer will work closely with other IT teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network systems.
The selected candidate will be required to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) out of our Dallas, TX, or Cincinnati, OH office. No relocation assistance is being offered with this role.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.
Manage network-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's network infrastructure remains current and competitive.
Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Technical Knowledge and Understanding:
Experience with cloud networking solutions, including Azure Universal print
Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible).
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering.
Experience with Cisco solutions (Meraki, Cisco)
Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.
