As an IT Operations Specialist, you provide daily technical support to employees, ensuring the reliable performance of network infrastructure, internal systems, and hardware. Your responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, workstations, servers, and network-related issues across a diverse environment. You also contribute to recommending and implementing hardware and software upgrades or new solutions. In addition, you may support broader IT and infrastructure projects and deliver training to help users effectively use both basic and specialized applications.
Please note, that this role requires an onsite presence 5 days per week.
What You’ll DoProvide frontline technical assistance to internal users, delivering prompt and effective L1–L2 support across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Carry out onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing user devices, configuring accounts and access, and supporting new hires during their first‑day setup.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving computers, printers, operating systems, business applications, and basic network connectivity.
Configure, maintain, and support end‑user devices across both Windows and macOS environments.
Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets in alignment with SLA commitments, including proper prioritization and escalation when required.
Deliver high‑quality support by understanding internal customer needs and maintaining clear communication around IT service expectations.
Provide hands‑on assistance for local site requirements and collaborate effectively with wider IT teams.
Follow established operational procedures and documentation standards with consistency and accuracy.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar onsite support role working directly with internal customers.
Strong hands‑on experience with Intel‑based PC hardware, system architecture, and Windows operating systems.
Extensive experience supporting Apple (Mac) hardware and macOS environments.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud technologies.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra), and identity/access management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA).
Basic understanding of IP networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.

Depending on your experience, this role is expected to offer between gross 14,000,000 HUF and 18,000,000 HUF annually. We review compensation regularly to stay competitive in the market.
