Drive visibility, KPI reporting, and action tracking; analyze demand, supply, inventory, and delivery performance; translate data into actionable insights; remove roadblocks and align planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams; maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation; lead continuous improvement and support forecasting and prioritization to improve customer delivery and business outcomes.

Lead global test engineering to define and execute strategies for NPI and sustaining products. Manage a distributed team to deliver scalable ATE, fixtures, test automation, DFT, and data-driven test analytics, drive yield and cycle-time improvements, partner cross-functionally with product, quality, operations and suppliers, and manage CAPEX, suppliers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Own customer success from pre-sales through implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Hardware/Firmware, Support), manage schedules, budgets, risks, program governance, and financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and change management while ensuring measurable business outcomes and high-quality delivery.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, reconciliations and reporting. Serve as payroll SME, resolve complex queries, liaise with HR/Finance/vendors, support audits, drive process improvements and contribute to payroll migrations and system enhancements.

Create and maintain customer-facing documentation (installation, admin, developer, integration guides, release notes, online help) for hardware and software. Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and support to gather requirements, validate accuracy, produce visuals, prepare content for localization, and manage multiple documentation projects within agile release cycles.

Develop and validate embedded firmware for networking devices. Perform protocol testing, IP stack verification (IPv4/IPv6), integration testing on target hardware, Python automation, L2/L3 and Linux debugging, and use source control and network debugging tools to support firmware verification.

The Product Management Specialist will support the development and management of water metering products, including market analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams for product lifecycle support.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, budget, and deliver internal products and administrative systems. Manage schedules, budgets, KPIs, stakeholder communication, and personnel (hire, train, coach). Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Support the Sr Product Manager on roadmap, market analysis, cross-functional coordination, product/tool design, documentation, sales RFI/RFP support, trainings, demos, and customer issue resolution for cloud-based meter data collection software.

Develop, maintain, and optimize a C/C++ SDK for embedded metering devices, working with ARM cross-toolchains, CMake builds, bash automation, XML configs, LXC containers, and on-device debugging to ensure cross-platform performance and reliability.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to global R&D, delivering monthly/quarterly reporting, budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, scenario-based financial models, portfolio-level investment analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to support resource allocation and continuous improvement.
