The Technical Implementation Consultant will lead SaaS platform deployments for enterprise customers, focusing on technical configurations, integrations, data migrations, and ensuring secure deployments aligned with best practices.

Develop, maintain, and optimize a C/C++ SDK for embedded metering devices, working with ARM cross-toolchains, CMake builds, bash automation, XML configs, LXC containers, and on-device debugging to ensure cross-platform performance and reliability.

Design and build automated integration tests and frameworks, validate interactions across services, APIs, and devices, maintain test environments, integrate tests into CI/CD, and improve test coverage to reduce manual testing.

Provides commercial, operational, and account support to sales executives serving utility and energy-sector customers. Coordinates quotations, contracts, purchase orders, forecasts, revenue tracking, customer returns, quality issues, and escalations. Maintains Salesforce data, prepares dashboards and analyses, supports marketing campaigns, and improves workflows. Build automated test frameworks with Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript; validate APIs and distributed applications; troubleshoot defects; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; and collaborate with engineering and product teams in Agile development. Improve automation coverage, test efficiency, product testability, and release confidence.

Lead end-to-end technical programs across security, cloud, data center, and platform engineering. Drive governance, risk reduction, compliance, cross-functional alignment, executive reporting, KPIs, and delivery of infrastructure and security transformation initiatives for global teams.

Leads functional and project management activities for enterprise SaaS implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, training, and customer transition. Manages timelines, risks, stakeholders, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with technical consultants, Product, Engineering, Support, and customers. Designs business processes and workflows, supports adoption and change management, and develops reusable implementation practices for utility and infrastructure customers.

Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions and integrations with MES for discrete manufacturing. Gather and translate business requirements, configure Oracle modules, build integrations, support troubleshooting, deliver training and documentation, and develop manufacturing analytics and KPIs (Power BI/Power Automate) to drive continuous improvement while advising stakeholders on supply chain and production processes.

Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and business teams to deliver compliant, observable, and scalable AI capabilities for utilities.

Design and document system-level solutions for Distributed Intelligence (DI) Apps and Agents. Work with product leaders to gather requirements, optimize system architecture, support testing and field troubleshooting, and contribute to bug resolution and user documentation. Collaborate with SMEs and tech writers to deliver customer-focused edge analytics solutions for utilities.

The Product Manager for Residential Water Meters will oversee product management from definition to end-of-life, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure profitability while collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple projects.
