As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP), you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.
Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including:
Cybersecurity – Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection
Data Analytics & Operations – Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency
Technical Product/Project Management – Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
Artificial Intelligence – Apply machine learning and AI to enhance IT processes & systems
Application Development – Build and optimize software tools for internal & external use
IT Infrastructure & Architecture – Design and support scalable, secure technology environments

Basic Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software development, or data analytics
Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply
