The Sabre ServiceNow team is looking for a talented Intern who wants to explore a career in IT Service Management.
What will you achieve?

Assist in translating process owner’s requirements into ServiceNow workflows.

Collaborate with the SCRUM master for the ServiceNow implementation between the process owner and the developers.

Contribute and comply with systems development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.

Help manage operational and reporting metrics for ServiceNow and related components of the ITSM platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent, with graduation after May 2025
