WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support projects across three core areas: IT-GRC & security, third-party risk management (TPRM), and business continuity management (BCM).
- Run cross-team assessments to spot, assess, and help address IT risks; prepare the results for management reporting.
- Research relevant regulations (e.g., DORA, AI Act) and industry practices (e.g. ISO27001, CISA and NIST) and help apply them to improve how we work.
- Take ownership of tasks within our team.
- Support the team with ad-hoc requests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Curiosity about IT risk, vendor management, or business continuity in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
