We're the AI and CRM consultancy for the agent native enterprise. As a Diamond HubSpot Partner, we work with B2B clients across the DACH market, building the agent layer on top of HubSpot and the systems around it, then operating it together with our clients. Agentic means software that works toward goals instead of waiting for clicks, that's the shift we help our clients make, and it's also how we try to run things internally, in sales, delivery, and People & Culture.

We continuously look for people with experience in the following areas, even outside of specific open roles:

• HubSpot implementation, CRM architecture, and Marketing/Sales/Service Hub expertise

• AI agent development, automation, and agentic workflows

• Consulting, project leadership, and technical delivery in a B2B environment

• Sales and business development in the DACH market

• Finance, People & Culture, and internal operations

• A sense of ownership, and an interest in shaping processes and structures rather than just executing them

• Experience that fits a growing, agentic consultancy, whether from consulting, a software company, or another industry

• Working proficiency in German and English
