- Team Development and Mentorship: Deliver training workshops to elevate the communication competencies of the broader team and provide direct guidance to the Communications and Advocacy Officer to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaborative Leadership: Supervise the Communications and Advocacy Officer to guarantee quality output and professional growth, while partnering with external entities to promote gender equality and GBV initiatives.
