Scope of Work
The Information Design Lead/Manager will provide timely and high-quality design support to the Enablement & Solutions team, focusing on proposals, case studies, client presentations, playbooks, and educational materials for both internal and external audiences. This role involves close collaboration with Proposal Strategy and Sales Enablement to ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and effectively convey key messages to diverse stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, and produce illustrations, graphic designs, and layouts based on gathered materials while adhering to Helpware’s branding standards.
- Develop infographics, slide decks, charts, and other visuals that clarify and enhance the messages within technical proposals and sales materials.
- Collaborate with the Proposal and Enablement leads and project leaders to gather insights and inputs necessary for creating impactful visuals.
- Make timely revisions based on feedback, ensuring designs meet quality standards and client expectations.
