We are looking for an experienced and digitally savvy marketing professional to lead our influencer marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer strategies and creative campaign execution. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and a high level of client satisfaction through successful influencer campaigns. You will be leading a group of Influencer Marketing Strategists, being a strategic resource, and actively getting involved with their deals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead the influencer marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Set and manage performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Be a true partner with your team; help them with their clients, lead by example, team player.

 

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on their digital strategies, including social media visibility, content strategy, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients.

 

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the management of influencers, monitor publications, and optimize campaign budgets.
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and client expectations, analyzing results to improve future efforts.
  • Establish retro-planning of various actions with multiple actors associated with the project (clients, influencers, third-party agencies, etc.).

 

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Partner with the squad’s solution architect, from building the business proposal strategy to delivering the project to the client.
  • Collaborate with other operations consultants to stay updated with industry trends and tackle upcoming challenges.
  • Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, technologies, and influencer marketing best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Business, e-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and adept at defending operational recommendations to clients.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
