Responsibilities
- Own customer lifecycle strategy and structure including funnel targets, CAC / incremental conversion, and overall experimentation agenda.
- Manage marketing operations and technology and tools required to drive lifecycle marketing.
- Identify new campaign strategies and experiments to drive growth and retention through lifecycle marketing e.g. loyalty schemes, referral and retention incentives.
- Establish and execute omni-channel campaign strategy across: in-app push/messaging, whatsapp, SMS and other channels.
- Coordinate appropriate campaign copy, design and key visuals with designers
- Implement A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Oversight of optimal customer journey and experience to ensure retention e.g. supporting landing pages, CX chatbots and other assets.
- Manage and execute campaigns on CRM tools as well as explore paid marketing campaigns via custom lists on meta and other platforms.
- Partner with Commercial, Risk and Product teams to implement required tooling and instrumentation to track results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to data analysis.
- 3+ years of experience running effective campaigns and +1 year designing content that drives business outcomes in a start up or high growth environment.
- Experience managing omni-channel campaigns through CRM and other tools (e.g. Customer.io, Hightouch, Mailchimp, Klaviyo), overseeing creative production for CRM channels and A/B testing and experimentation for retention and engagement.
- Knowledge G-suite, SQL and data analysis.
- Demonstrated talent for effectively presenting data insights and complicated issues to a range of audiences.
- Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with quick turnarounds while managing multiple projects or tasks.
