We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills and an interest in growing within the creator ecosystem.What You’ll Do- Map, identify, and select influencers and content creators based on each campaign’s objectives, audiences, and needs.
- Analyze profiles based on reach, engagement, audience, brand affinity, content quality, tone, and cultural relevance.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and coordination with creators, representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders, while maintaining close communication with clients.
- Support campaign execution by tracking briefs, content, approvals, posts, timelines, and deliverables across multiple creators simultaneously.
- Track campaigns, collect and analyze metrics, and contribute to performance reports, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Support operational and administrative processes related to campaigns, including documentation and billing.
- Participate in brand events and activations, coordinating creator participation and supporting content creation.
- Collaborate with other teams while staying up to date on trends, platforms, formats, and emerging talent across the creator ecosystem.
