Job Description

As an Industry Insights Associate Manager, you will lead in the development of the analytical activities of the Customer Success associates under your supervision, helping them understanding their business to analyze it, finding areas of strategic opportunity and insights to advise clients according to their needs and objectives, ensuring client satisfaction with effective and quality responses based on the solutions. Responsibilities 

  • Lead & develop younger analytical and consulting talent. 

  • Develop and align strategic plans for the most important clients to guarantee the generation of value and the effective delivery of services. 

  • Plan and deploy strategies to get your direct reports to reach the client satisfaction and commercial lead KPIs. 

  • Conduct periodic reviews of the KPIs, defining success criteria and monitoring mechanisms. 

  • Demonstrate value and return on investment through ensuring quantifiable business opportunity generation. 

  • Able to build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for C-Level and high-profile people from clients, about the FMCG and client’s business situation. 

  • Monitor and improve the quality of the service offered, adjusting the Joint Business Plan as necessary to reflect changes in client priorities. 

  • Identify and communicate viable opportunities through interaction with the Consulting Lead and Account Development team. 

  • Facilitate associates onboarding process, ensuring coordination, adequate training and communication, proactively managing the daily commitment of teams and handling problems or conflicts. 

  • Engage and motivate direct reports, ensuring their learning and career path. 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related. 

  • Experience in Mass Consumption, consulting companies, Retailers. 

  • Experience in working with NielsenIQ information in the past (ideally). 

  • Experience in commercial or marketing positions and with customer management. 

  • Management of Office/Google and CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management) or business monitoring 

  • Advanced English (written and oral skills) 

  • At least 6yrs of working experience
