An industrial Engineer focuses on optimizing workflows, processes, and systems to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and maximum productivity across different teams (tech, marketing, customer support, sales). You will design and improve the way resources, people, data, technology, and time are used so the company scales efficiently while delivering the best user experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Ghana
Duties:
- Analyse operational processes across departments (marketing, sales, product, support) to identify inefficiencies.
- Design streamlined workflows that reduce delays and improve productivity.
- Optimize the allocation of resources (human, financial, technical) to support app growth.
- Develop systems for monitoring performance and measuring efficiency (e.g., ROI, cost per acquisition, customer retention rates).
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure smooth integration of new features.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to business and technical operations.
- Improve user support systems to reduce wait times and improve satisfaction.
- Recommend tools and technologies that enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Operations Management.
- 5-6 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of data analytics, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with project management and productivity tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of digital ecosystems and user-focused platforms (social media, SaaS, apps).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Operations Management.
- 5-6 years of industry experience.
