The team you will be part of
You will join a cross-functional design team working on Jabra’s portfolio of professional communication solutions. We collaborate closely with colleagues in product management, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to bring high‑quality products to market.
Our culture is open, curious, and collaborative. Great design matters to us, and so does the way we work together. We exchange feedback openly, support each other’s growth, and share a deep commitment to creating meaningful experiences for our users.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
- Design and develop product concepts from early sketches to detailed 3D models and production-ready specifications
- Contribute to user‑centric design by participating in research activities and translating insights into clear design directions
- Communicate design ideas and rationale through clear visuals, presentations, and storytelling
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and manufacturing to align design intent with technical feasibility and market needs
- Support the creation and refinement of prototypes, using feedback from testing and reviews to improve the solution
- Create and maintain design documentation according to established standards, enabling efficient collaboration and handovers
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you
- Have a degree in Industrial Design or a related design discipline
- Bring experience working with physical product design, within complex, dynamic industries such as professional devices, communication hardware, or similar
- Can work through the entire design process, from defining the problem and exploring ideas to refining details and completing final designs
- Have a portfolio that shows a solid sense of form, usability, and design craft, as well as a clear and structured design process
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional partners and are comfortable presenting and discussing your work with different stakeholders
- Are curious about new materials, technologies, and design trends, and use that curiosity to inform and elevate your work
It is beneficial if you have experience working with enterprise or professional user contexts and understand how design can support productivity, clarity, and ease of use in busy work environments.
