About the Role
Templafy is looking for a Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team and play a critical role in generating pipeline through both inbound and outbound engagement. This role is ideal for someone with prior BDR experience who is excited by the idea of moving beyond traditional sales development and into a marketing-focused career path.
As a Growth Specialist, you’ll work in close partnership with Marketing and Sales to identify new pipeline opportunities, experiment with creative outreach strategies, and help shape how we engage target accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to influence campaign strategy, collaborate on high-impact initiatives, and gain exposure to modern demand generation programs while continuing to sharpen your prospecting and communication skills.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of outbound prospecting but is ultimately looking to build a long-term career in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM strategy.
What your main responsibilities will be
Inbound Lead Conversion
Respond to inbound leads quickly and deliver a best-in-class prospect experience
Conduct qualification conversations and coordinate meetings between prospects and sellers
Support pipeline generation goals through effective lead management and follow-up
Convert Product-Led Growth (PLG) leads into qualified pipeline opportunities through timely engagement, discovery conversations, and strategic follow-up with high-intent users
Represent Templafy professionally across all prospect interactions
Insight-Driven Outbound
Partner closely with Marketing to identify high-intent target accounts and engagement trends
Execute thoughtful outbound outreach to senior stakeholders across marketing, IT, and AI-related functions
Collaborate on creative outbound strategies and campaign ideas designed to generate pipeline
Analyze account engagement signals and help refine outreach approaches based on performance insight
Campaign Execution
Support targeted outbound and re-engagement campaigns across strategic account segments
Engage leads that may not have previously converted or received seller follow-up
Prioritize outreach within key ICP industries and tailor messaging accordingly
Contribute ideas for new growth experiments and pipeline generation initiatives
CRM & Process Hygiene
Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity records within internal systems
Document relevant prospect context and use cases to support sales handoff
Ensure lead statuses and engagement activity are updated for clear reporting and visibility
What we expect from you
1+ year of experience in an outbound BDR, SDR, or sales development role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience prospecting into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working cross-functionally with both Sales and Marketing teams
Curious mindset with an interest in pipeline strategy, demand generation, and marketing programs
Motivated by experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Interest in pursuing a long-term career path within Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation
