We are specialized in the production of household and cleaning products and every day we produce millions of bottles of trusted brands like Ariel®, Lenor® and Febreze® to serve our consumers around the world.📝 YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE:As an Industrial Automation apprentice, you will have the opportunity to engage in the following missions:- Continuous Improvement of Production Conditions: Analyze defects, reduce downtime, and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Automate specific tasks and improve workflow.
- Development of Team Skills: Implement problem-solving tools and methodologies to empower team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Integration of Digital Solutions: Leverage digital tools and automation technologies to drive innovation and improve overall operational performance.
- Analyzing and Optimizing Existing Processes: Integrate innovative digital solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Documentation and Training: Document processes (technical and functional) and provide training for end users to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new technologies.
- Collaboration with Multifunctional Teams: Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing workflows.
- Monitoring Performance and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and propose ongoing improvements to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
🧩 YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program at an engineering school, a Master's in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Automated Production or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Proficient in French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in automation and process optimization.
- A collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
