We are now looking for Team Coordinator, Senior Buyer in Source to Pay Operations Organization to join our team in Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

  • Monitor Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders pipeline
  • Proceed on-time procurement of required goods and services, prepare reports and analysis based on needs
  • Assign purchases to correct buying channel, request new vendor registration via assigned tools
  • Support End-Users with claims handling
  • Identify proactively and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency and compliance
  • Lead, participate or give input in development projects (from small individually executed initiatives to cross-functional cross-business projects)
  • Cooperate closely with business stakeholders and various UPM teams

Who you are

  • You have a Master’s degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area
  • You have experience within indirect procurement. Working experience in a global organization is considered an asset
  • You are comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP and SAP ARIBA)
  • You are fluent in English, other languages (e.g. German, Finnish) considered an asset.
  • You feel comfortable running meetings, small projects or working groups
  • You have good collaboration and team-working skills with positive attitude towards changes
  • You are proactive, service-oriented person with great communication and influencing skills, you have solid self-management skills and are not afraid to take initiative and challenge the status quo. You have good relationship management skills, you embrace diversity and value different perspectives
  • You have experience in leading and managing teams, you are able to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals, you have strong organizational and time management skills
