In this role, you'll help shape pricing strategies that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and commercial success. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Distribution teams to ensure pricing programs are accurate, competitive, and effectively executed, while using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and solve complex pricing challenges.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze customer pricing, contract, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that influence pricing decisions.
  • Maintain pricing databases and ensure pricing information is accurate, current, and aligned across internal systems.
  • Coordinate pricing communications and implementation activities to support seamless execution of pricing updates and annual pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate customer pricing eligibility, contract requirements, and pricing program details.
  • Investigate recurring pricing and contract discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve data accuracy.
  • Support rebate reconciliation and pricing validation processes to ensure financial deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data findings into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Assist with sales and customer inquiries related to pricing, contract eligibility, product mapping, and data corrections to support customer satisfaction and revenue objectives.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 6 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting indirect channel pricing, commercial pricing, or contract administration.
  • Experience working with SAP, Model N, or similar enterprise business systems.
  • Experience analyzing large data extracts from multiple sources.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry environment.

  • USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
  • US5: $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual
  • US10: $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual
  • US15: $74,100 - $108,600 USD Annual
  • US20: $77,300 - $113,300 USD Annual
  • US30: $83,700 - $122,700 USD Annual
