- Design, configure, and implement Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating components
- Develop and customize Duck Creek User Interface (DC UI / Author)
- Create and manage Duck Creek Product Model (DCF) including coverages, rules, forms, and rate tables
- Configure workflows, transactions, and business rules
- Develop integrations using Duck Creek APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Messaging
- Work with .NET / C#, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL
- Implement integrations with external systems such as Guidewire, PAS, billing systems, document management systems, and data warehouses
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
- Manage Duck Creek configuration promotions across environments
- Support data migration and conversion activities
- Participate in unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution
- Provide production support and troubleshooting
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams
- Prepare technical design documents and configuration documentation
- Strong experience with Duck Creek Technologies (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating)
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author, Express, and Data Management
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server
- Experience with P&C Insurance domain (personal lines or commercial lines)
- Knowledge of forms configuration, rules engine, and rating algorithms
- Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand / Cloud (Azure)
- CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance tuning and production support
