Who you are:
As an Incentive Coordinator, you are investing in our people. You will work with lines of business to develop new and existing incentive programs for our Frost employees. You love to see hard work rewarded. You will use your specialized knowledge to create and implement business data rules within the incentive system and monitor, test, and validate the results of the program. What you’ll do:

Work with lines of business to develop new and existing incentive programs

Create and implement business data rules within incentive system. Monitor, test, and validate results of program design and uploads

Coordinate administrative efforts between vendors, system support, and incentive analyst in order to provide the best user experience

Provide one on one assistance to incentive participants. Help personnel navigate the system as well as understand incentive program details and resolve errors

Maintain system design documentation and operation guides for each incentive program

Develop reports on incentive results and measurements. Evaluate effectiveness/competitiveness of the programs and present plan management with suggestions

Regularly visit with incentive participants to communicate and reinforce program design, process, rules, etc.

Query various systems to investigate any data integrity issues

Ensure timely data processing for incentive payout through Payroll

Coordinate the reassignment of customers upon any portfolio owner changes

Responsible for updating various systems of record with all pertinent information so that data is accurate, up to date, and synchronized. This includes the Officer Portfolio Table and the Bank Control Record

Work with internal auditors to ensure that system and business requirements are met

Always taking action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:

3+ years experience with relational data system
-
2+ years banking experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with SQL programming language
