As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Import-Export Coordinator to take overall responsibility for import and export operations, ensuring smooth execution of international and domestic shipments while maintaining compliance with logistics, regulatory, and customs requirements.
What You’ll Do
· Manage and coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, customers, shipping companies, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities in Israel and abroad.
· Handle various shipment types, including:
o Customer deliveries.
o Exhibitions and demonstrations.
o Service and repair shipments (RMA).
o Equipment transfers and operational shipments.
· Prepare shipping documentation, customs documents, and related paperwork while ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
· Manage import licenses, certifications, approvals, and required regulatory documentation.
· Monitor shipment progress, handle delays, and provide real-time solutions to logistics challenges.
· Work closely with internal teams including Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
· Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and optimize shipping costs.
· Maintain accurate shipment data and update logistics information in company systems.
· Support continuous improvement of import/export processes.
Requirements· At least 5 years of experience in Import & Export operations – Mandatory.
· Proven experience working with international shipping companies, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities – Mandatory.
· High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Independent work capabilities with high attention to detail.
· Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet tools.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces.
· Strong service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
· Experience working in a defense, aerospace, or regulated industry.
· Familiarity with export/import regulations and compliance requirements.
· Experience working with international customers and suppliers.
· Experience with ERP systems.

Skills Required
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for international and domestic shipments.
- Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities in Israel and worldwide.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company policies.
- Obtain and manage import licenses, regulatory approvals, standards certifications, and other required permits.
- Coordinate customer deliveries, exhibition shipments, Return Material Authorization (RMA) shipments, demonstration equipment, and other special logistics projects.
- Track shipments throughout the supply chain, proactively resolve transportation and customs issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to support business objectives.
- Monitor transportation costs, maintain accurate logistics records, and ensure data integrity within the Company's systems.
