XTEND is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to lead training, support, and hands-on implementation of the company's systems within operational units in Israel and abroad.
This position involves delivering professional training, conducting field demonstrations and testing, providing real-time technical support, and collecting user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
This is a full-time field role, requiring a commitment of at least one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational units in the implementation of XTEND systems
- Deliver field training and professional instruction sessions
- Conduct live field demonstrations, including FPV drone flights
- Provide real-time technical and operational support
- Gather user feedback and communicate it to product and development teams
- Document activities and generate operational reports
- Combat military service background with experience in FPV drone operation - must
- Graduate of an instructional or command course with proven training experience
- Minimum of 50 FPV flight hours – full proficiency in stick control
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to work in intensive field conditions, including in classified environments
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to obtain security clearance
