TITLE: Implementation Specialist
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
SALARY: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary + bonus
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in onboarding clients to Canoe Connect, Canoe's technology designed to streamline workflows related to Alternative Investment document collection. You will primarily support Implementation Consultants in optimizing workflows and configuring onboarding processes, while also engaging with clients to assist with Canoe Connect adoption and authorization process execution.
You will engage with internal stakeholders and clients helping them configure and optimize the Canoe platform. This role requires both technical expertise and client relationship / communication to ensure a successful implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Assist in the setup and configuration of authorization workflows, streamlining document collection, approval, and signature processes for clients.
- Partner with the Implementation and Project Management teams to address technical challenges and make adjustments to ensure successful client implementation.
- Authorization Workflow Management:
- Assist clients in optimizing their document authorization workflows, including integration with platforms like DocuSign.
- Help configure document-related processes to ensure compliance, reduce manual effort, and enhance efficiency across client organizations.
- Technical Expertise & Support:
- Serve as an SME on authorization workflows, integrating tools like Snowflake, JIRA, and Excel, and assist implementation team members with technical troubleshooting and optimization.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Continuously assess authorization workflows and propose improvements for better document handling, compliance processes, and integration within the Canoe Connect product offering.
- Share best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and improve client satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate with other members of the implementation team to understand client requirements and configure authorization workflows that meet their needs.
- Work with internal colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, ensuring efficient solutions are delivered.
- Training & Adoption:
- Support the implementation team in developing training materials and resources for clients to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Assist in client training and support to ensure successful platform usage and workflow optimization.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years in a client-facing implementation or specialist role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with authorization workflows and integrating document management systems, such as DocuSign, or other eSignature platforms (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with integrating tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, and Snowflake into SaaS platforms.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation, document management, and data integration.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows and collaborate with internal team members to implement solutions.
- Experience in optimizing processes to reduce manual effort and improve client operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams to address implementation challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred:
- Experience in client onboarding within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
