WHO WE NEED:
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist II to add to our Professional Services Team! If you are a good fit, the below should sound like you:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience implementing HCSS Products
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced features such as: T&M Billing, Progress Billing, Forecasting,
- Plans, Project Management, Form, HCSS Setups, and myField
- Strong competency in the following areas: Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship
- Management, Process Design, and Business Analysis
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn integration design (e.g., DIS/TrueUp)
- Ability to lead projects, guide team members, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Willingness to continue expanding industry, product, and technical knowledge
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead implementation projects across all package levels for HeavyJob and related Operations products
- Facilitate customer setup, validation, and upload of critical data
- Oversee the execution of Build phase plans by coordinating with Implementation Associates and ensuring quality
- Advise the Project Management Team and Product Managers with customer-focused insights
- Document best practices and product knowledge
- Expand expertise into secondary products and learn integration touchpoints with other HCSS products (e.g., Safety, E360, Dispatcher)
