Job DescriptionJoin our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as an Implementation Manager. We’re looking for a strategic Implementation Manager who will thrive in the space between sales and onboarding. This role owns the client experience from contract signature through the kickoff call, when onboarding takes over. You’ll be the bridge and the relationship driver who keeps deals warm, re-engages ghosting clients, and ensures our future customers actually become customers.
This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll need strong client instincts, operational expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements without waiting to be asked. You’ll help build the model and find solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and collaborate with the team to implement them.
What You'll Do
Own the post-signature/pre-kickoff phase across all new clients
Call, text, email, and engage accounts who are delayed or inactive to move them forward
Collaborate with onboarding to ensure clear timelines, expectations, and warm handoffs
Flag risk early and drive strategies to keep customers progressing (e.g., onboarding cohorts, webinars, content)
Work with marketing on light nurture materials—think pre-kickoff playbooks, quick wins, and reminder touchpoints
Maintain clear reporting on activation risk, timelines, and deal status
Ad hoc projects as needed to support sales and marketing
Host webinars for markets we are not yet live in (international markets we are about to take live)
Manage the zingfit portfolio of accounts and work with AEs on strategies to migrate them over
Act as the main point of contact for clients during this phase—sales exits, onboarding hasn’t started, you own it
The average base salary pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

You’re proactive and hate letting good deals die
You like making process changes and can lead without authority
You’ve got a marketing brain and can write a solid email or script a short webinar
