As an , you will play a vital role in the business development process through the execution of proof-of-concept work and new customer implementations. You will liaise with each new customer to elicit and document requirements as needed deliver promised functionality. Working in concert with the development, you will the write user stories and define the acceptance criteria. You will help test and validate system functionality to ensure it meets quality standards. Ultimately, you will present the implemented system to the customer. In addition, you will work with product leaders to help improve our products and streamline the implementation process.

  • Like to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
  • Like to help orchestrate practical and technical solutions that ensure new and existing client implementations are on track, within budget and successful.
  • Enjoy working closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of their teams, products, and objectives.
  • Like managing project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining great relationships.
  • Enjoy blending your technical acumen with your project management and client skills.
  • Like working with Subject Mater Experts, Business Leaders, and Operational Specialist to gather business requirements and specifications.
  • Have experience working with ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite, and other technical tools.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
  • 2 or more years of related work experience.

  • 4 or more years of related work experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or System Analyst.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, finance).
  • Understanding of Information Technology and Software Development.
  • Experience working with printing and mail processing facilities.

$95.000 ~ $125,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
