Lead and govern enterprise Agile delivery and roadmap execution for a Health Plan. Oversee portfolio management, capacity and demand analysis, PI planning and program-level ceremonies, prioritization governance, and compliance. Coach Scrum Masters/Product Owners, maintain program metrics and dashboards, resolve escalated impediments and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement and organizational readiness for predictable, high-quality delivery.

Lead enterprise cyber risk, governance, compliance, and assurance. Define risk frameworks, control ownership, and assurance practices; oversee POA&M governance, security awareness, automation and AI cyber enablement; support M&A cyber risk; manage audits, regulatory readiness, GRC tooling, and executive-level risk reporting while developing staff and cross-functional alignment.

Support HR operations by handling employee inquiries, managing personnel files, assisting HR initiatives and change-management projects, maintaining process documentation, and participating in team meetings to improve HR processes.

Support the full recruiting lifecycle by assisting with recruiting workflows, candidate outreach and communication, screening, cultural-fit evaluation, and tracking recruiting metrics to improve processes.

Lead and oversee internal audit and compliance programs across healthcare and government contracting operations. Provide strategic direction, risk assessment, audit planning/execution, reporting to executive leadership and the Board, mentor a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and control effectiveness.
