Job Summary: You will take charge of the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle by onboarding Aura’s new clients. In this role, you will manage the transition from legacy salon management software to Aura’s salon management and POS system. Serving as the pivotal link between our clients and internal teams, you will ensure a smooth journey from the point of sale to the go-live date.
Primary Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process Management
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients from the point of sale to the go-live date.
- Develop and maintain detailed onboarding timelines and project plans for each client.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks, including credit card processing setup, product training sessions, and data migration activities.
Product Education
- Conduct product training sessions for clients to familiarize them with our software solutions.
- Customize training materials and sessions based on client needs and requirements.
Client Communication and Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing communication, support, and guidance to clients to address any questions or concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as in B2B SaaS project manager, onboarding or implementation coordinator
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong public speaker
Preferred Qualifications:
- Beauty industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Slack

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
