- Create client solutions and reports using microsoft power platform, dynamics 365, power automate, and power bi.
- Manage data migration and transition from legacy software to Morningstar systems.
- Maintain accurate crm records for centralized client oversight.
- Track new implementations and collaborate with internal teams for releases and bau transition.
- Lead new client onboarding, identify challenges, and define transition roadmaps.
- Deliver initial and ongoing system training to client back-office teams either face-to-face or remotely.
Experience & Attributes
- Experience with microsoft dynamics 365 is highly recommended.
- Familiarity with crm, data analysis, data migration, and financial advice processes.
- Proven technical implementation and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to multitask, manage concurrent implementations, and negotiate complex issues.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an agile, consultative environment.
