Let's talk about the Role

The Implementation Associate is a key member of the Professional Services team responsible for supporting the seamless implementation of software solutions for customers. The associate will work directly with Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to ensure the successful configuration and deployment of products and services. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Let's talk about the Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding and Setup: Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information and documentation to assist in configuring the system according to the customer’s requirements.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and consulting teams to track the progress of implementation projects. Help manage timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project statuses, and share regular progress reports with internal stakeholders. Document implementation procedures and best practices for future reference.

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to product and development teams regarding customer needs and potential improvements to the product. Help identify areas for process improvement within the implementation workflow.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in an implementation, customer success, or technical support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
