The Innovative Medicine User Access Management Process & Training Analyst is responsible for enabling and sustaining the capability development strategy for the IM UAM team. The role serves as the central point of coordination for the User Access Management Learning Program (UAM Academy). The Analyst shall partner with process owners, training champions and leadership to design, develop and maintain role-based learning solutions that support the personal and professional development of the team. Through effective stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, the training analyst will support building a skilled, scalable and future ready UAM team while supporting onboarding, knowledge retention, career development and team maturity.

The UAM Process & Training Analyst will be working with the UAM Governance Lead to drive the implementation and continuous evolution of the UAM Training Program (Academy) by translating processes and capability needs into a structured learning pathway including training content, certifications and development frameworks and learning insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and enhance UAM Academy learning content and training materials
- Engage with Process Owners and training champions to translate team processes, controls and governance requirements into role-based learning solutions.
- Assess UAM processes and controls (health checks) to ensure alignment with governance standards, taxonomy structure, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GxP), identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate process assessment outcomes into training enhancements, ensuring learning content reflects actual operational gaps, control weaknesses, and evolving governance requirements.
- Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of Academy program deliverables.
- Coordinate training schedules, learning pathways, onboarding programs and certification activities.
- Ensure training content remains accurate, engaging and aligned to business and governance requirements.
- Experience with designing, developing and delivering training, learning or capability development programs.
- Experience developing training content, learning materials, presentations, guides, and knowledge resources.

- 5 years of experience in learning and development, training management, compliance or a related field, particularly within an enterprise risk management framework within Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical industry.
- 3-5 years of experience with regulatory/ compliance frameworks related to SoX, GxP, Privacy/GDPR.
- Attention to detail with strong documentation skills and Microsoft applications.
- Fluency in English, with outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual/remote environment and manage cross-cultural teams.
- Understanding of business functions and how systems and applications are used by business partners in the context of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to embrace innovation and change and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
