IT & Automation Administrator (m/f/d)

Join our experienced IT & Security team (2 people) and help shape the future of modern, scalable internal IT. We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on technical skills with a curiosity for automation and AI-driven efficiency.

You will...

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable IT processes that boost operational efficiency across the company.
• Manage core identity processes such as user and group provisioning, conditional access policies, and reviews - with a focus on smart automation over manual handling.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks using tools like Power Automate, scripting, or other low/no-code platforms.
• Take technical ownership of selected SaaS tools and continuously improve how we integrate and manage them.
• Build smart workflows for user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, access management).
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our internal IT landscape, from MDM (Mac & Windows) to helpdesk excellence.
• Be a driver for automation-first thinking within the company and experiment with AI-enhanced IT tools.

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration - ideally in a Cloud-native or SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of user and access management (e.g. Entra ID, conditional access).
• Passion for automation, scripting, or experimenting with AI tools in IT operations.
• A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to break down complex processes and scale them.
• Eagerness to explore new tools, quickly learn, and turn insights into action.
• Fluency in German at a minimum B2 level - you communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English - this is our company language.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with regular on-site presence (approx. 2 days/week) in one of our offices - Stuttgart or Berlin.

• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and its admin capabilities.
