RequirementsPosition Summary
The IAM Analyst is responsible for executing daily Identity and Access Management activities across customer-supported environments. This role performs user provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, access validation, and related IAM service requests while adhering to customer policies, compliance requirements, and documented procedures.
The IAM Analyst works closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure users receive appropriate access while maintaining security, audit readiness, and operational consistency. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a process-driven approach to access management activities.

- Process user provisioning requests across supported systems.
- Process user deprovisioning requests according to policy.
- Complete approved access modification requests accurately.
- Validate approvals before granting or modifying access.
- Follow documented IAM procedures and workflows.
- Manage user access across supported applications.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Disable terminated user access within required timelines.
- Document all completed work within the ticketing system.
- Escalate nonstandard requests to the IAM Team Lead.
- Support access reviews and compliance validation efforts.
- Assist with audit evidence requests and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of completed access changes.
- Communicate professionally with users and stakeholders.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and training activities.
- Identify documentation gaps and process improvements.
- Support daily IAM operations and ticket management.
- Ensure compliance with established access procedures.
- Complete IAM requests accurately and efficiently.
- Meet defined response and resolution targets.
- Follow customer policies and documented procedures.
- Maintain audit-ready ticket documentation at all times.
- Validate approvals prior to processing requests.
- Escalate exceptions and policy concerns appropriately.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work.
- Support compliance and audit-related activities.
- Maintain accuracy across all access management tasks.
- Contribute to knowledge article and SOP updates.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external users.

- Additional IAM, Microsoft, security, or compliance certifications are a plus.

- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday with the ability to support after hour escalations if needed.
- Ability to adjust schedule to support evening meetings.
- Support of an 18x5 coverage model as required.
- Schedule flexibility for customer meetings and escalations.
- Prolonged periods of working at a computer workstation.
- Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels.
- Comfortable operating standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings regularly.
