Join our dynamic team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, where you'll play a key role in securing our organization’s data by designing, implementing, and managing robust IAM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the designing, implementation, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Configure and manage access control systems and ensure proper user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Utilize engineering and architectural skills to enhance IAM frameworks.
- Work with JSON and SQL to automate and streamline IAM processes in chosen IAM tool (Saviynt).
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of access permissions to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to address access-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Provide expertise in Savyint for effective IAM governance and operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in identity and access management, security engineering, or related roles.
- Open to recent graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and the confidence to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, practices, and technologies.
- Proficiency in engineering and architectural concepts related to IAM.
- Experience with JSON and SQL for data manipulation and process automation.
- Familiarity with Savyint or similar IAM solutions is highly preferred.
