    • Device Physics: Solid comprehension of semiconductor device physics and the basic operating principles of MOSFETs or power management devices.
    • Characterization Equipment: Hands-on competency utilizing lab instrumentation—including curve tracers, digital oscilloscopes, and Source Measure Units (SMUs)—to perform precise electrical and thermal validations.
    • Failure Analysis & Quality Tools: Familiarity with systematic problem-solving frameworks (such as the 8D methodology, 7 Basic QC tools) to spot anomalies and isolate root causes; prior Six Sigma training or certification is highly advantageous.
    • Software Tools: Proficiency in statistical data analysis platforms (e.g., JMP, Exensio), PCB layout design tools, and standard MS Office applications.
  • Professional Competencies
    • Strong analytical, analytical, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
    • Articulate verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact productively within a diverse, global team ecosystem.
