Operates semiconductor production equipment and performs die preparation, attachment, bonding, molding, trim and form, testing, assembly, stock organization, and quality checks. The role requires following production plans and procedures, maintaining accurate execution, working rotating shifts, and collaborating effectively with team members. Prior assembly-line, machine-operation, equipment-operation, or quality-inspection experience is required or preferred, along with secondary technical education and physical ability to perform production work.

Processes supplier invoices, opens and clears accounts, arranges assigned payments, investigates discrepancies, prepares account statements, and supports buying teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders with accurate first-level administrative assistance.

Plans production, material, supplier, and resource requirements using forecasts, orders, inventory, and production data. Develops monthly, weekly, and short-term production schedules; monitors KPIs, timelines, efficiency, and plan deviations; initiates procurement, production, and transportation orders; performs load balancing; and collaborates with plants, warehouses, maintenance, engineering, suppliers, and production management to optimize plans and resolve deficiencies.

Maintains MES production routes, workflows, BOMs, quality parameters, and real-time production data. Supports operators and supervisors by resolving system issues and data discrepancies, monitors OEE, yield, and traceability, and creates reports and dashboards. Develops visual aids, trains users, and coaches operational and engineering teams on MES usage, standards, and improved methods. Coordinates efficiency, cost-reduction, and process-enhancement initiatives.

Coordinates sales demand, production planning, procurement, material availability, scheduling, inventory levels, lead times, and planning reports. Collaborates with Purchasing, Stockroom, Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Customer Service, and the Mexicali facility to maintain uninterrupted production and meet customer requirements. Requires five years of purchasing, planning, and materials management experience, with travel to Mexicali as needed.

Ensures cleanroom operations, standards, safety, contamination control, and compliance at a semiconductor manufacturing site. Responsibilities include training personnel, monitoring particles and airflow, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, managing cleanroom clothing and gowning processes, conducting audits, reducing contamination sources, supporting equipment integration and production expansion, supervising contractors, and tracking KPIs. The role requires coordination across production, facilities, and equipment maintenance teams.

Supports engineering activities involving the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of electro-mechanical systems, experimental circuitry, prototypes, and specialized test equipment. Performs operational testing, fault isolation, and checkout using schematics, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and diagnostic equipment. Lead inspectors and quality engineers, maintain ISO certifications, coordinate audits, oversee corrective and preventive actions, address customer complaints, support APQP and PPAP activities, qualify products and processes, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop QEHS metrics, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and management.

Investigates and resolves semiconductor yield, reliability, and process issues across IC product lines. Serves as the technical interface with foundries, analyzes fabrication and test data, designs experiments, evaluates process changes, and drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Collaborates with design, product, test, reliability, and foundry teams to optimize BCD process technologies, product performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost.

Develops and executes strategic marketing plans for power modules, identifies market and customer opportunities, evaluates applications and competitor activity, supports product positioning and launches, and coordinates with Sales, FAE, R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing. The role provides application support, prepares technical materials, builds global customer relationships, leads workstreams, and travels internationally to monitor industry trends and customer needs.

Plans and manages production schedules, labor loading, capacity requirements, and customer ship schedules.
