Job Description

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Consultant to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Metrics and Reporting: Reporting will also constitute a key element of this role. The successful candidate will provide IAM-related metrics to the management on the standings of the IAM program. 
  • IAM Employee Awareness Training: He/she will also take charge of the development and training of employees on the domain of access, to alleviate risks stemming from lack of appreciation of system entitlements.
  • Information Security Coordination: He/she may also aid Information Security in facilitating broader information security-themed projects and assignments relating to systems and data access.

Qualifications

  • Security expertise.
  • Experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment.
  • Experience in granting NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows Distributed File System Environment.
  • Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
  • Experience in Exchange administration; creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level Identity Management systems (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta).
  • Experience administering 2FA remote access solutions (e.g RSA, Duo, etc).
  • Knowledge of Information Security principles and ability to adhere to SSAE16 and SOX audit requirements pertaining to Identity & Access Management (Role-Based Access Control, access governance, detail-oriented, obtaining and documenting approvals, etc).
  • Experience with ticketing/workflow management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Basic familiarity with UNIX command-line execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards; strong organizational skills; able to manage time, priorities and workload; provide documentation and accountability.
  • Must possess basic working knowledge of core technology and networking technology stacks, which may include but is not limited to:
    - Legacy and Modern IdPs such as Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, OKTA
    - Cloud Computing
    - Remote Access Systems
    - Database Server
